Description: An individual project to make a game similar to Rez, which is a rhythm-based rail shooter game. The game was developed as my undergraduate Honors Thesis at Western Michigan University over the course of Summer 2008, Fall 2008, and Spring 2009. As of 5/1/2008, the first three levels are finished. A demo of an older version of the game with only the first level is provided above.

Controls:

  • Up, Down, Left, Right: Aim
  • Enter: Confirm/Accept
  • P: Pause
  • Z: Press and hold to lock on, release to fire
  • A: Mega Drive; shoots up to 32 targets at once
  • S: Freeze Drive; Freezes time for a short amount of time, still able to fire
  • Esc: Cancel
